At Phanteks, we stand by the quality of our PC hardware and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your Phanteks account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain an RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the components in their original retail boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
